Sweat Swap
Description
Gatorade Sweat Swap redefines the iconic post-match jersey exchange by turning it into a reward for fans, not players. During a World Cup Qualifier match, Gatorade distributes Sweat Patches to fans wearing the national team jersey, measuring their sweat and effort as they support their team from the stands. At the end of the game, the fan who sweated the most earns the chance to swap jerseys with their idol, Luis Díaz. By using real sweat data to celebrate dedication, passion, and effort, the project transforms “sweating for your team” into a tangible, once-in-a-lifetime reward—reinforcing Gatorade’s belief that sweat is the ultimate proof of commitment.
Delieverables
The campaign delivered an integrated experience combining the Gatorade Sweat Patch and app, a live stadium activation, a hero film with social cut-downs, player-led content with Luis Díaz, and PR amplification.
